Announcement for academic scholarships for the year 2025-2026

Mufti Kifayatullah Memorial Trust, Mumbai (under the auspices of Jamiat Ulama Maharashtra, Arshad Madani) announces scholarships for the academic year 2025-2026, from Grade 5 up to higher education (with no restriction on the medium of instruction).

It is also clarified that, as before, a dedicated program called the “Advocate Shaheed Shahid Azmi Scholarship” will continue for students pursuing Law (LLB).

Students seeking assistance should download the application form from the website www.jumaharashtra.com within the mentioned dates and submit it along with the required documents — either in person or via post/courier — to the following address by 5:00 PM on the last date of submission:

Eligibility Criteria and Conditions for Scholarship

A: Only students from the state of Maharashtra, regardless of religion or community, will be eligible for the scholarship.

B: Only those applications will be considered that are downloaded from the website and submitted along with the required documents.

C: It is mandatory for Muslim applicants to declare in the application form that they are eligible to receive Zakat.
(Note: Non-Muslim applicants are provided assistance from funds other than Zakat.)

D: Students whose annual results are at least 75% or equivalent will be eligible for the scholarship.

E: Only one student per family is allowed to apply for the scholarship.

F: For approved applications, the scholarship cheque will be issued in the name of the school/college.

G: The decision of the authorities regarding all matters related to the scholarship will be final.

مفتی کفایت اللہ میموریل ٹرسٹ ممبئی( زیر اہتمام جمعیۃ علماء مہاراشٹر ارشد مدنی), درجہ پنجم سے لیکر اعلیٰ تعلیم کے حصول کیلئے (کسی میڈیم کی تخصیص نہیں ہے)تعلیمی سال 2025-2026 کے اسکالر شپ کا اعلان کرتاہے۔واضح رہےکہ حسب سابق قانون (LLB) کے طلبہ و طالبات کے لئے “ایڈوکیٹ شہید شاہد اعظمی اسکالرشپ” کا مخصوص سلسلہ جاری رہے گا۔
تعاون کے طلبگار طلبہ و طالبات درج ذیل تاریخوں میں ویب سائٹ www.jumaharashtra.com سے فارم ڈائون لوڈ کرکے مطلوبہ دستاویزات کے ساتھ مقررہ تاریخوں کی شام 5؍بجے تک دستی ؍ ڈاک/کوریئر کے ذریعہ مفتی کفایت اللہ میموریل ٹرسٹ ممبئی کیئر آف دفتر جمعیۃعلماء مہاراشٹر،امام باڑہ کمپاؤنڈ ،امام باڑہ روڈ ،نزد مغل مسجد ،ممبئی 400009 میں جمع کرائیں ۔

الف :- صرف صوبہ مہاراشٹر کے ہی طلبہ وطالبات بلا تفریق مذہب و ملت وظیفہ(اسکالر شپ) کے مستحق ہوںگے۔
ب :- وہی فارم قابل غور ہوں گے جو ویب سائٹ سے ڈائون لوڈ کرکے مطلوبہ دستاویزات کے ساتھ جمع کئے گئے ہوں ۔
ج :- مسلم امیدوار کے لئے ضروری ہے کہ وہ فارم میں یہ صراحت کرےکہ وہ زکوٰۃ کا مستحق ہے۔
(واضح رہے کہ غیرمسلم امیدوار کو زکوۃ فنڈ کے علاوہ سے امداد کی جاتی ہے)
د :۔ اسکالر شپ کے مستحق وہ طلبہ و طالبات ہوں گے جن کا سالانہ رزلٹ کم سے کم %75 یا اس کے مساوی ہو۔
س :۔ ایک فیملی سے صرف ایک طالب علم درخواست دینے کا مجاز ہوگا۔
ص :۔منظور شدہ درخواست پراسکالر شپ کا چیک بنام اسکول ؍کالج دیا جائے گا۔
ط :- اسکالر شپ کے متعلق جملہ امور میں ذمہ داروں کا فیصلہ آخری ہوگا۔
