صدیوں سے اس ملک میں اپنے مذہب کے مطابق زندگی گزارتے چلے آرہے ہیں ،اور مذہب میں تبدیلی کا اختیار نہ کسی فرد کو ہے اورنہ کسی حکومت کو, اس لئے اس سلسلہ کی کوئی بھی مذموم کوشش ہم مسلمانوں کے لئے ناقابل قبول ہے ہم اسے مداخلت فی الدین اور ملک کے اندر بسنے والی مختلف مذہبی اکائیوں کے حق میں تشویش اور انتشار کا باعث تصور کرتے ہیں ۔

                لہٰذا  ۲۲؍ ویں لاء کمیشن آف انڈیانے یکساں سول کوڈ کے متعلق مذہبی تنظیموں اور عوام سے جو رائے طلب کی ہے اس سلسلہ میں تمام مسلمانوں کا یہ مذہبی فریضہ ہے کہ وہ لاء کمیشن آف انڈیا کو یکساں سول کوڈ کی مخالفت میں اپنی رائے ضرور دیں

The constitution of our country gives an uninterrupted right to every citizen to live freely according to their religion and we, Muslims, have been living according to our religion since the dawn of Islam in this country, and no one, not even the government, has the right to change the religious requirements. Therefore, any nefarious efforts in this regard are unacceptable to the Muslims. Furthermore, such efforts will be regarded as the cause of concern and confusion in favour of interfaith and various religious units residing within the country. The 22nd Law Commission for India has asked for the opinion of religious organizations and the public regarding the Uniform Civil Code.
